PackUrBag is a travel platform where local suppliers, vendors, and tour operators upload content. We have established internal guidelines to align the interests of all parties and ensure compliance with our terms and conditions. These guidelines aim to prevent the presence of any material on our website or in any branded physical form that violates these terms.
Payment Terms
After Confirmation: 25% of the total package cost or the defined booking amount is required immediately to secure all respective services.
- 30 Days Prior to Arrival: 30% of the total package cost is required.
- 07 Days Prior to Arrival: 100% of the total package cost must be paid in full.
- All payments must be notified via email with attached transaction details.
- Payment terms may vary at the time of booking as per hotel policies, airlines, or high-season requirements.
- Credit facilities are not available.
Cancellation Policy (Customer-Initiated)
All cancellations must be made in email format only.
- 45 Days or more before arrival: No cancellation charge.
- 45 – 30 Days before arrival: 25% of tour fare charged.
- 30 – 15 Days before arrival: 50% of tour fare charged.
- 15 – 10 Days before arrival: 75% of tour fare charged.
- Less than 10 Days before arrival: 100% of tour fare charged.
- Once the package is confirmed, certain segments (such as special permits or fixed components) may be non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- Bookings made with a minimum booking amount (₹1,500/₹2,500) are non-refundable.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days and credited back to the original payment method (unless otherwise agreed).
- Late or Missing Refunds:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as posting may take time.
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Tour Cancellation Policy (Company-Initiated)
At PackUrBag, we value your trust and travel dreams. While we strive to operate every tour as planned, unforeseen circumstances—natural calamities, government regulations, operational challenges, or safety concerns—may force us to cancel or modify a tour.
- Full Refund Assurance
If PackUrBag cancels a tour before departure (not caused by the traveler), 100% of the paid amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days. - Alternative Options
Option to shift to a new departure date or similar tour at no extra cost. - Option to receive a travel credit voucher, valid for 12 months, redeemable against future bookings with PackUrBag.
- Partial Cancellations or Mid-Tour Interruptions
In rare cases where a tour is cut short (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.), refunds will be considered case-by-case for unutilized services.
Wherever possible, alternate arrangements will be provided.
Force Majeure Clause
In cases of Acts of God, war, epidemics, or government restrictions, PackUrBag’s liability will be limited to refunds of unutilized services as per vendor refund policies.
Communication
All company-initiated cancellations will be formally communicated via email, with clear mention of refund eligibility or alternative options.
